typical morning

Is it wrong that she'll typically look like this after eating in the mornings?!? okay well maybe not this bad. But Maggie insists on feeding herself! She would rather not eat than have me feed her. I'm glad she's independent and all, but sometimes I wonder how much she's getting in her mouth. I usually have to sneak my spoon in there and hurry and give her a bite while she's still working on filling up her spoon. But this morning I actually walked out and came back to see this...
